NET Framework 4.6 (see note below) FMRTE needs this version of STEAM .NET Framework: Windows 10, 8, 8.1, Windows 7, Vista, Windows Server 2008 and below (download.microsoft.com) Note: FMRTE will not work with older versions of STEAM .NET Framework. FMRTE will not work with STEAM .NET Framework installed using Steam. Update STEAM .NET Framework. FMRTE does not update STEAM .NET Framework. Uninstall Steam from the computer. Download FMRTE. Extract FMRTE into the FMRTE folder on the main hard disk (not into the Program Files folder). Install FMRTE. Run FMRTE. This procedure can be done in two ways: Run FMRTE by double-clicking the FMRTE icon on the Desktop. Run FMRTE using command prompt (Winkey+R, type in "cmd", then "run FMRTE". Press "Enter". If FMRTE did not show up on the list of programs, click on the Start menu and type in "cmd". The Command Prompt window will show up. If the procedure worked, FMRTE will show up on the list of programs. Go to the FMRTE folder on the main hard disk. Run Steam.exe. Follow the instructions.
Note: If there is a message saying the the.NET Framework version is not updated, it is not necessary to uninstall the current version of the.NET Framework or the FMRTE.NET for this step to work.

Windows 10 and later Run FMRTE.exe by double-clicking the FMRTE icon on the Desktop.
Run FMRTE by clicking Start and typing "command".
Press the "Enter" key.
Type in "cmd", then "run FMRTE".
Click Yes to the question "Do you want to open 'FMRTE - FM Receivers Tool' using the current version of your operating system?" Note: FMRTE will not work with Windows 10. Update STEAM .NET
